Meet Laurel

Laurel Lee, former Secretary of State appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, represents Florida’s 15th Congressional District in Congress. Laurel was elected to Congress on November 8, 2022. As an America First conservative and member of the House Judiciary and Homeland Security Committees, she immediately made the crises on our southern border a top priority. She is leading the charge to hold the Biden Administration accountable for their failure and will serve as one of the impeachment mangers for the House against the Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.

The Issues

Economy

Laurel will fight for policies to get the economy back on track and put more money in the pockets of hard-working Americans, like cutting wasteful spending, lowering taxes, balancing the budget, and reviving the Keystone Pipeline.

Law Enforcement

Laurel is a former judge and prosecutor who is a strong supporter of law enforcement and will stand up to the radical liberals who want to defund the police.

Second Amendment

Laurel is a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. She will always fight to protect the constitutional rights of law-abiding gun owners from radical gun-control liberals.

Laurel Lee is endorsed by Florida Congressman Gus Bilirakis, Florida Congressman Scott Franklin, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd and Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco, former FDLE Commissioner Rick Swearingen and former State Attorney Mark Ober, as well as over 50 armed service veterans who have lent their names in support of Lee. She is also endorsed by the National Federation of Independent Business, Maggie’s List, the Everglades Trust, the Tampa Police Benevolent Association, the West Central Florida Police Benevolent Association and Tampa Firefighters Local 754.

The newly drawn district encompasses eastern Hillsborough County, including Thonotosassa, Plant City, and part of Brandon, as well as parts of Pasco and Polk counties to include Zephyrhills and west Lakeland.
